Martin Garrix (as GRX) and Brooks released a new song “Boomerang” this past October, but as with any production, it’s been in the works for much, much longer.
At Dancefair 2017, Brooks engaged fans and contemporaries in a 40 minute masterclass that went over all the intricacies behind the production of “Boomerang,” from the synths to the sample packs and arrangement.
Seasoned producers will likely find most use in the masterclass from the revelation of what plugins were used, however producers at any level are likely to find at least something in the 40 minutes that they might not have realized.
