Not every producer can tour like Tiësto or Steve Aoki. Especially when it comes to artists who are just starting to blow up, the increased pressure for new music and more tour dates can be very taxing. Rezz has consistently shown herself to be a mature performer and artist in her business decisions, including one she’s making for 2018.
Rezz tweeted today that she’s “touring too much,” and so she’s going to take the “majority of the first part” of 2018 to work on music and improve her skills. This first tweet sent some fans into consolation mode, which prompted her to follow up with another tweet, “I’m feeling okay, just overwhelmed by all the hectic travel. I am a producer before anything and I’m excited to get back on that grind to its full potential.”
She finished the conversation by saying, “Lots of new music to be made. Less travel but BIGGER shows & lots of rad festivals.” We can’t complain about any of that!
