Crankdat Releases Wild New Remix Of Post Malone’s “Rockstar”

Post Malone’s “Rockstar” with 21 Savage has become an iconic track in not only the artist’s catalogue, but in the music culture of 2017 overall. With so many remixes and flips out already, you would be forgiven for wondering what Crankdat has to offer at this point. However, one listen to the “re-crank” and all doubts go right out the window.

The vibe of the track follows the original well enough in the beginning, slowly building on the vocals and letting the energy rise naturally until it hits an impenetrable crescendo. The drop is some pretty impressive future bass, though one of the more interesting aspects doesn’t come until after the first drop. The track stops completely for a second to introduce 21’s vocals to the mix, giving it an unique change of rhythm.

The track has already garnered nearly 200,000 plays in less than 24 hours. Check it out below!
