International superstars BTS dropped by the Ellen DeGeneres Show to perform the Steve Aoki remix of their hit “MIC Drop” for the first time ever on television.
The Korean pop boy band has become an international sensation with billions of YouTube plays and a fan base that spans the entire world. Their performance on Ellen was met with the same kind of teenage fervor that you might have seen for Backstreet Boys in the ’90s or The Beatles in the ’60s.
After performing at the AMAs, BTS have solidified their position as stars even in the US, and this performance will no doubt expose them to an even newer demographic that will eat up their charm.
