As Thanksgiving winds down, it’s time to welcome a very Merry Kaskade Christmas!
For years the producer has been perfecting holiday tracks especially for the season. Now, with this release all the good boys and girls (and even the bad ones) are being treated to some fine Christmas flavor.
Kaskade Christmas reinvents holiday classics like you’ve never heard before — for a sexy, downtempo full length album suitable for any party playlist from now through December 25. His leading track “Deck the Halls” is an instant favorite, but all are worth unwrapping.
The album features Erika, Skylar Grey, Dia Frampton, and other vocalists. Additionally, Kaskade contributes vocals to two tracks on the album, “Cold December” and “Winter Wonderland.”
Kaskade explains the inspiration behind his holiday release:
I’ve always loved Christmas music dating back to my days as a child going to church with my family. All these years later, I’ve been able to put my own collection of Holiday music together and am really excited to have it out this season. I love the challenge of taking music that I have grown up with and producing it in a way that is new and modern.
Despite already stellar critical reception, Kaskade admits:
“My mom says, ‘Almost as good as Sinatra, keep trying!'”
