If you’re going to rework an 80s classic, you need to know exactly what you’re doing. Luckily in the case of Canadian DJ/producer Pomo, he certainly does. Just out on Ultra is his brand new edit of the Hall & Oates single ‘I Can’t Go For That’ (No Can Do).
We can’t get enough of this electric re-make, and the simple yet super cool slant Pomo has put on it makes you want to hit play over and over again. Still deliciously catchy with its guitar backing, infectious vocals and some fresh bassline developments, we’re rewinding to the 80s and getting our dance on to this.
