We’ve certainly seen Avicii at the top of his game, but now with his new documentary Avicii: True Stories fans are seeing the more vulnerable side of the world famous producer, exposed like never before.
In the clip below, Avicii visits the doctor, revealing an unvarnished truth that hid behind the success of his career. His decision to quit doing live shows came as a complete shock to fans, but this excerpt from Avicii: True Stories goes to show how daunting his performances and interviews came to be after a quick rise to superstardom.
Avicii explains the documentary from his perspective: 
My documentary just got released not long ago… Levan Tsikurishvili, who’s the director of the documentary, has followed me for the past four years I think, four or five years.
He’s had so much material from both in the studio, from behind the scenes on concerts, during good and bad times. I’m really excited. I’m also a bit nervous because it is kind of gritty sometimes. It’s very personal. There’s a lot of ups and downs. It’s going to be interesting to see what people say.
