The only reason that Carnage’s name has been in the blogosphere these days (even XXL Mag and TMZ) is for starting a fight with deadmau5 that’s he’s already lost three times over. Oh, and for getting a basketball court in his house.
Somehow, Carnage is continuing to capitalize on this momentum with a strange tweet announcing his desire to play a “4 hour tech house set somewhere” before the year is over. If you’re scratching your head wondering why, you probably look a lot like us right now.

This isn’t the first time that Carnage has jumped genres either. After getting his start primarily in trap, he’s since dabbled in hard style and psytrance, a style that Kayzo has adopted and taken to an even higher level, one that we can actually appreciate.
Still, we can’t help but feel that this is yet another dig at deadmau5, who regularly plays tech house in his sets. If Carnage does get booked anywhere to play a 4-hour tech house set, which we can’t imagine is possible, we can’t imagine it being anything more than a 4-hour deadmau5 troll set. We would love to be pleasantly surprised by a real, insightful set, but we’re not holding out breath.
