Longtime friends Billy Wonka and Yuppycult have joined forces on this new stellar single “Candy“. For Yuppycult, the side project for a widely known American pop band, this will be his debut release. You might be familiar with Chandler Leighton from her appearances on American Idol. The combination of the three makes for an excellent single no doubt!
The listener is instantly drawn in by the raspy, raw vocals of Leighton. Subtle instrumentation moves in the background as we are guided through the verse. When the chorus comes in, the energy picks up with almost anthemic proportions. The sub bass hits you hard with the distorted vocal samples ringing out strongly.
