October was certainly a great month for EDM as we were graced with a whole lot of new material from some of our favorite acts. Kygo, Marshmello, Snails, Martin Garrix and Virtual Self were among the few A-listers who put out some huge records this month.
Release Spotlight
– Masked man of mystery Marshmello had a massive month. He teamed up with Selena Gomez for his new single “Wolves” and also recruited Illenium for a remix of his previous hit single “Silence.”
– San Holo and the bitbird family put out their compilation which featured streaming hit “Kintsugi” by DROELOE plus a massive 8 artist collaboration of bitbird’s finest in “If Only (Mega Collab)”
– Snails put out his debut album which featured massive collaborations and more including “Only Want U” with fellow bass head NGHTMRE
– Martin Garrix put out yet another banger of a record in “Forever.” Hopefully, we can hear some radio records from the man before the end of the year!
– Porter Robinson announced his new project Virtual Self with new record “EON BREAK” which has caused quite a stir in the EDM community.
