DJ/producers are constantly outgrowing their setup, changing things up, and selling off stuff from old tours… And, one Twitter user just had a run in with some deadmau5 equipment.
While browsing through a Belgian resale website, Twitter user @iSanderD unexpectedly stumbled upon some tour equipment from the producer’s past. It obviously belonged to deadmau5, because it literally has his name written all over it.
After the tweet went out, deadmau5 almost instantaneously responded to confirm the equipment was indeed once his. “We liquidate alot of the backline from old tours. probably ended up somewhere,” he explained.
Maybe years down the road we’ll find one of his old cubes chilling somewhere…
Hey @deadmau5, I found something for sale that seems to have been yours. pic.twitter.com/3qJrAXZUjQ
