DJ Snake made history earlier this month when he played atop the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, something that no other artist in history has ever done, not even world-famous French artists like Daft Punk or David Guetta. At the end of his performance, he debuted his new song “A Different Way,” which is now available everywhere today.
The track, which premiered this morning as Zane Lowe’s World Record on Beats 1, features Lauv and was written by DJ Snake, Ed Sheeran, Steve Mac, Lindy Robbins, Ilsey Juber & Johnny McDaid. “A Different Way” is definitely softer than what you might expect from DJ Snake, knowing his past hits like “Turn Down For What” or even “Pigalle.”
“A Different Way” is DJ Snake’s first new single since the release of his debut album Encore last year.
