MUST DIE! just released his brand new Forever Digital EP and it’s absolutely wild!
“Shibuya Overdrive” kicks it into high gear from the get-go, offering up a spastic (and we mean that in a good way) dubstep-driven track that sets the pace for the EP. Knowingly proceeding into even crazier concepts, “Ultra Beam” somehow literally takes on the essence of shooting a laser beam gun through rapid fire synths, 8-bit sounds, and a progressive video game-like build. “The Weapon” tones it down just a bit, but not at the sacrifice of any character as intriguing vox elements and chirping stabs take over the dance track.
Just when we think we’ve heard it all, “Nova Machine” comes along to completely steal the show. Ending it on a thunderous, yet melodic note — MUST DIE! showcases just how hard he can go with nasty, futuristic drops!
