EA Sports’s FIFA franchise has boasted some of the best soundtracks of any video game for well over a decade now. FIFA 18 is no different with EA Sports revealing the full 41-song soundtrack several days ago via Spotify playlist.
Once again, electronic music is well represented with FIFA favorites Oliver, Cut Copy, RAC, and SOFITUKKER all making returns. Joining them are ODESZA, Phantoms, Mura Masa, alt-J, Lorde, The National, The xx and more. As always, the FIFA soundtracks tend to be more indie leaning but it’s good to see that once again electronic music is well represented, even if most of it is falls in the ‘indie electronic’ space.
