The last thing you should be worried about while evacuating from a hurricane is that your home or business might be looted, but the reality is that some very shameful humans do exist.
While in Buenos Aires during Hurricane Irma, the offices of Coldharbour Studios, the label owned by producer/DJ Markus Schulz, were broken into and looted. Of the items taken, the Pioneer gold mixer Schulz received for winning DJ Times’ America’s Best DJ a few years ago was included.
“The equipment can of course be replaced, but something which was cherished with prestige, pride and sentimental value cannot,” wrote Schulz on Facebook.
Fans have predictably responded with outrage and indignation toward the unknown perpetrators.
