Slushii first donned what was then called a “slushmello” helmet at Something Wonderful earlier this year – so called because it was a Slushii helmet and he’s friends with Marshmello and… you get the idea. It was mostly a joke and it’s rarely, if ever, been used since.
However, a newer version is absolutely more deserving of the “slushmello” moniker as it’s a more accurate combination of the two producers’ styles. The helmet shape and design is definitely Marshmello-esque, though the color scheme and ooze dripping from the mouth scream Slushii.
The mask was designed by Collective Designs, who also did the original design for the actual Marshmello helmet. 
It’s unclear if this helmet will ever be used for actual performances.
