Since the rapid rise to superstardom in the last several months, Illenium has quickly become a household name in EDM making his forthcoming sophomore album Awake one of the most anticipated in EDM this year. Earlier, this month Illenium shared the full tracklist for the album. If you’re a longtime fan of Illenium there’s probably a name out there that jumped right at you – Said the Sky.
Both artists have collaborated several times in the past and are set to do so once more on the album for album track “Where’d U Go” – a track that Said the Sky played out in all of its glory at Das Energi Festival in Salt Lake City earlier this week.
Though only a minute long all of the usual melodic elements from both artists are present. The track also features a mystery female vocalist on the hook – though personally, I think it’s Joni Fatora. Preorder Awake here now!
