Oliver Heldens’ HI-LO project returns once again with a brand new single “Alien Technology.” Joining the young Heldeep Records founder is emerging Brazilian producer Alok who’s been setting the house music world ablaze with release after release for the last year and a half.
“Alien Technology” was first featured on HI-LO’s BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, if you’re wondering why it might sound familiar. The track begins with a brash and bold intro before diving into a banging combination of dirty bass line and thumping kicks. Even better is the continued sample usage and vocoder use throughout the entire song giving it truly ‘alien’ feel.
