Most Expensive $150M Real Estate in The Hamptons Once Belonged to SFX Entertainment CEO

Ex-CEO of SFX Entertainment — Robert F.X. Sillerman — might not be on top of his game these days, after the company claimed bankruptcy in 2016. However, his former property is the most expensive in The Hamptons!

An estate on Meadow Lane in Southampton once owned by the dance music promoter/entrepreneur is on the market for $150 million, making it the most costly option in the elite area. The combined properties offer 3 full-sized homes and 2 golf houses, totaling 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, over 14+ acres 700 feet of oceanfront, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, tennis court, putting greens, and an additional vacant lot on Shinnecock Bay that features water views on both sides. Just, wow.

So, why would anyone want to sell such an extravagant collection of property, with enough homes and entertainment for a lifetime or more?! For Sillerman, business reversals forced him to sell the several parcels he owned. For current owner Michael Evans, co-chairman of Goldman Sachs, and his wife, Lise — they’re selling the estate on Meadow Lane simply because “they want to.”

Money can’t buy happiness, but it sure can buy you a sick pad! Check out the trophy listing here!
