It might be tiny… But, it’s actually quite Mighty! The new music streaming device from Spotify lets you listen to all of your favorite music on the go, with no smartphone strings attached at a cool $85!
Mighty has some serious storage, with capability to store 1,000+ songs, and upload your favorite playlists with ease. It comes fully equipped with Bluetooth and WiFi, and also supports most Bluetooth headphones and speakers. Plus, it’s sleek and little, and claims to be super durable for even the most serious music listening situations.
But, how does the Mighty hold up? The Verge dove in for an early review and while Mighty does the trick for music streaming without the hassle of your large, bulky phone — the software needs some “serious work.”
The most shocking thing about Spotify’s Mighty is that it lacks a shuffle feature. So, while it resembles the throwback iPod shuffle mp3 devices that died with the introduction to music streaming, the main consumer expected feature is no where to be found.
