Mother and Son Caught With 100,000 Ecstasy Pills Worth $430,000 in Suitcase

If you’ve ever wondered what 100 thousand ecstasy pills looks like… Well, you’re looking at it.

A mother and son from the Netherlands were caught with this ridiculous amount of drugs at Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport, weighing in at 7.5 kilograms and worth 1.5 million shekels — or, about $430,000. The drugs were found in the “double wall” of their suitcase upon arriving in Israel on a flight from the Netherlands.

According to JOL, the 57-year-old mother and her 19-year-old son originally said they were on their way to a “family function” in Jerusalem, but were questioned under suspicion of importing and dealing drugs and later admitted to the charges during the investigation.

It is suspected that the two were used as drug traffickers to Israel.
