The Him are one of my favorite melodic duos in dance music right now. With previous official remixes for Martin Garrix, and Miike Snow, The Him are quickly carving their own space inside of dance music.
Their most recent single, “Secrets” is a beautiful blend of house elements tied together with a pop vocal. Starting off with melancholic pulsing chords laying down the support for Cub Rayan‘s phenomenal vocal performance. Pushing forward with the track, the combination of the vocal over The Him’s signature bass line provides jovial emotion – perfect for this summer’s festival season.
