Miley Cyrus showed a true return to form with her latest single “Malibu,” and now fans can count on Dillon Francis to help out and make the track truly party-ready.
The remix is pretty ambiguous of a distinct genre, but it’s definitely a bouncy and infectious party tune that will get people’s feet moving. On the spectrum of Dillon releases, it’s somewhere between “Anywhere” and “No Butter,” having that straight pop sensibility with a little of Dillon’s odd flavor thrown in for good measure.
Miley’s vocals remain intact for a majority of the track, playing as the common thread from beginning to end, and demonstrating that, yeah, Miley can sing for real.
