Dalton John might be a new name for a lot of our North American readers, but across the small pond we call the Atlantic the man has been making waves for years now. The French house producer has managed to bridge the gaps between pop, electro, and house seamlessly in the past and he does it once again with Ready To Go EP.
Lead single “Ride” features the funky vocals of Anna Majidson while the subtle yet bouncy production is a perfect example of the ‘sleekness’ that I’ve come to know and love from the genre. “Gettin’ Better” and titular track “Ready To Go” are definitely crafted for the dance floor while final track “Timeless” is perfect for late night listening.
