Turns Out Flume Produced A Track On Lorde’s New Album, “Melodrama”

It may seem like a predisposed, obvious truth, but Flume produced a track on Lorde’s new album Melodrama. The pairing was not previously publicized, but the two combine for “The Louvre” on the singer’s second album.

Flume contribution isn’t immediately recognizable until the breakdown about 3 minutes into the track, when his distinct brand of synthesizer and drums come into play. For the rest of the track, the production is nigh indistinguishable from a classic Lorde track except for the level of polish on all the sounds.

Listen to “The Louvre” below, as well as Lorde’s fantastic new album Melodrama.
