Connecticut-based DJ and producer duo GLD made up of Matthew Christian & Jacob Holzman recently dropped their debut EP, au_79 on legendary DJ A-Trak’s imprint label Fool’s Gold Records.

The entirety of GLD’s au_79 EP is jam packed with sonically pleasing and intricately produced bass music gems, absolutely no filler tracks. From the lead single “crimez_” made up of tight percussion, explosive horns, and screeching metal synths to “handz_” a collaboration with fellow bass music maestro Dapp filled with cavernous 808’s and unmatched sound design speak volumes to the comprehensiveness of GLD’s debut EP.
