David Guetta and Justin Bieber‘s “2U” is officially out and it sounds like a hit!
With a collaboration as big as this, it’s rare the hype lives up to the expectations. But, the mega-producer x massive pop star combination really works here, as we can honestly say this track is some of both artists’ best recent work.
“2U” is a satisfying dance/future bass/pop blend that offers up stunning production from Guetta and Cesqeaux (who’s credited as a writer on the track) and smooth vocals, thanks to The Biebs and Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd. Not to gush, but it’s really kind of good.
Guetta enlisted in the help of some gorgeous Victoria’s Secret Angels to lip sync the song for the official video, because why not?! The result is just a glorified lingerie ad — but, it does showcase the fun, danceable nature of the track!
