Oski has just released his brand new EP for UZ’s bass label Quality Goods Records, and this four-piece selection needs your attention. With his defiantly unique sound that differs with each release, he pours trap, bass and rap influences into Kid Calamity.
The first track is also the first collaboration of the four – ‘Go My Way’ featuring popular band The Arcturians. It’s a strong opener with bags of melodic flair. Next up comes ‘Lose It’ ft. Hydraulix and rapper Macntaj on vocals, and this snarling yet smooth sound rises and falls with dramatic ease. Vitallaz makes an appearance on the edgy ‘Shadows’ before Oski works with Anuka on ‘Bad’ – a vocal-led piece that strikes a fantastic closing note.
