The fact that Flume and Baauer haven’t directly worked together before is a little crazy when you think about it, right? For two of music’s best sound designers, one coming from “future bass” and the other from trap, we think it’s a total match made in heaven.
And if Baauer’s recent story on Instagram is any indication, we might finally be getting the collaboration we deserve.
There’s no information beyond what you see in the video below, but the two are clearly in the studio together working on … something. The only time the two’s names have been on the same line was for Baauer’s remix of Flume’s “Numb & Getting Colder,” but a direct collaboration between the two would obviously set hearts on fire. 
We’ll be sure to let you know first if anything comes of this meeting – we hope it does!
