Krewella is back!
The Yousaf sisters return with a new song “Love Outta Me” that delicately balances the line between banger and ballad in a unique way. It often feels like it’s ready for a banger breakdown or drop, and the vocals are certainly reminiscent of a ballad, but it never really goes one way or the other. It deftly occupies the space in between both, refusing to conform to any preconceived songwriting norm (much like their own personalities).
“Love Outta Me” is the first single from their forthcoming New World Pt. 1 EP due out June 8. And as you might notice in the Soundcloud description, the track is being released via Mixed Kids Records… yep, that’s Krewella’s new independent imprint.
