Fareoh – Moonlighting

The New York based producer Fareoh has returned with a stunning new track. “Moonlighting” is a refreshing take on trap and future bass. A catchy melody with marvelous vocals from Broderick Jones, mixed with a heavy first drop and a melodic second makes this song one of the more imaginative tracks I’ve heard in awhile.

Xylophone styled synths ring through in the introduction of the song, quickly accompanied by beautiful vocals. As the track progresses, bass drones ring out as the drums create a groove. The build hints at the inevitable heavy bass that’s about to be thrown in your face. Fareoh teases with a couple hardstyle kicks before a unique trap horn drop takes over. Be sure to listen until the second drop as there is a special melodic surprise there.
