Drum covers have always been a fun way to inject some new flavor into a mix, be it dubstep, drum & bass, electro or whatever. One of the top drummers in EDM has been noticeably absent on this front, but has recently dived head first into the world of drum covers. Of course, we’re talking about the drummer of Destroid and Pendulum, KJ Sawka.
Today, he put out his newest cover, a reimagining of “Watch Out” from Dirtyphonics and Bassnectar, featuring Ragga Twins, which was released via Monstercat. The original is already raucous enough, but when you put the talents of a world renowned drummer in the mix, you get something truly special.

The video itself was produced by emerging content company WAV Media, who in addition to KJ Sawka also represents Krewella and many in the hip hop world. We can’t wait to see what more they come out with!
