Prolific Australian electronica act M4SONIC is back to present a new collaboration with LA-based DJ & producer YDG, titled “About It” out now via Ultra Records.
The meeting of minds between YDG & M4SONIC in their latest collaboration “About It” showcases M4SONIC’s ability to tread among new waters with his latest hip-hop trap-infused single, a loud departure from M4SONIC’s signature electro dubstep style. For the bass bender, YDG, crafting the heavier sounds is nothing new.
“About It” is composed of a plethora of equally scattered stylistic hallmarks from both producers. Heavy percussion, an abundance of fierce 808’s and screeching hard trap synths sets up “About It” for definitive play time on festival main stages all throughout the world this season. Added rap bars and a charming lead melody in the drop elevate the track into a certain club heater that makes this track perfect for any heavy mix.
