UZ first began producing under his current alias five years ago… time flies! To mark his fifth year at the top of his game, the US producer and DJ has been dropping some seriously good singles since the start of 2017 – and they are all set to be part of this year’s album, which is allegedly on the way. This week it is the turn of ‘Million Dollar Bills’ to turn heads, and it definitely does so.
Esteemed artist GIA has been called upon to bring her signature style of vocals to this track, and UZ previously reworked her viral hit ‘Only A Girl.’ A hugely influential role model, GIA’s sounds work perfectly with UZ’s surging production here. Get hooked in by those rumbling drums and elongated chord patterns, and you’ll get lost in this one.
