Armin van Buuren Makes Music History As First Artist to Release UMF Set via Streaming Services

Armin van Buuren has paved the way for electronic musicians in many ways, and now he’s making music history as the first-ever artist to release his Ultra Music Festival set on streaming services.

Additionally, Amsterdam-based record label Armada Music becomes the first record label to facilitate such an upload.

Armin’s Main Stage takeover, one of the most-viewed live sets on UMF TV in 2017, is available via Spotify, Apple Music, and more! Track-by-track you can hear mastered mix cuts from the set, and even unreleased music — in the highest streaming sound quality out there.

Will this become the new norm? Will artists continue to officially release their biggest sets via streaming? We sure hope so, because just think of all the FOMO it will battle!
