Paul Oakenfold is about to take on a performance of epic proportions!
The Godfather of dance music will celebrate the 20 year anniversary of the Second Summer of Love, and the 30 year anniversary of Paul Oakenfold’s famed trip to the white island of Ibiza, with the highest party in the world on Mt. Everest’s Base Camp, April 11. This is a huge deal, because performing there means he’ll be the first DJ to hike 17,000 feet and play a show on the mountain.
If you can’t climb Everest, don’t worry — Oakenfold will live stream his performance via Extreme and his own Facebook, and you won’t even need to break a sweat.
Not only will Oakenfold perform at the highest party on earth, but that show kicks off a string of tour dates across the world. This guy is on another level!
