OWSLA has already taken over the world, and now it’s taking over house music!
The label’s latest conquest HOWSLA, is a compilation of house tracks to be released alongside a series of LA-based parties celebrating the genre. OWSLA founder, Skrillex teamed up with Chris Lake on this project to keep the momentum of youthful, creative house music going.
NEST HQ, the label’s free-release imprint describes the initiative: “HOWSLA embodies the identity of OWSLA while inheriting its core sensibilities in service of house music, the original genre of dance music.” 
“I Want You” – Chris Lake serves as the first taste of the compilation, which drops May 5. As for the overall HOWSLA sound, he told Billboard, “We just wanted the coolest shit on this album. The stuff that we felt was very 2017 and beyond. No looking back, completely looking forward…”
