This week on Your EDM’s Week In Music we’ve got plenty of music for you from some of dance music’s best and brightest including Mura Masa, ZHU, JOYRYDE, Don Diablo, Jauz and much more so let’s dive right in!
First off, we’re kicked off with a brand new official remix of “Too Soon” by Vanic which was one of my favorite songs of 2016. The remix comes courtesy of mystery producer heroless and currently has more streams than the rest of the remix EP combined – including a Vanic VIP edit – impressive if you ask me. Elsewhere in the remix department, Brooks gives us a bouncy house take on “Scared To Be Lonely” while Kid Froopy gives us a refreshing dubstep take on “Frontlines” by Zeds Dead and GG Magree.
When it came to original music, there was plenty of that too over the last two weeks. ZHU fired shots at DJs everywhere in the lead up to his newest single “Nightcrawler” and even received some backlash courtesy of Duke Dumont. Your EDM favorites Mura Masa and JOYRYDE also dished out two banging new singles from across the spectrum while Rezz dropped a new one “I” as did her collaborator K?d with “Lose Myself.”
