Acclaimed duo Axwell Λ Ingrosso touched down in New York City this weekend, where they drew two nights of dedicated fans to Terminal 5 for a back to back showcase of headlining performances. In celebration of their first NY show in two years, the ex-Swedish House Mafia duo brought their very best to the decks, playing out a monumental blend of nostalgic classics and fresh hits alike.
As they closed out their second performance on Saturday evening, Axwell Λ Ingrosso even debuted Alesso‘s official remix of The Chainsmokers and Coldplay’s new collaboration “Something Just Like This.” After a relatively familiar build up, the remix breaks into a euphoric and groovy combination of soaring synths and thunderous percussion. The result is a flip that’s likely to be heard nonstop during next week’s Ultra Music Festival.
