It’s finally here, folks! The one you’ve all been waiting for, Party Favor’s first release of 2017 is “Wawa,” a sweltering, mind-melting trap banger that he’s been playing out for at least the past few months.
If nothing else, Party Favor is a master at vocal sample manipulation, and that’s never been clearer than in “Wawa,” in which a vocal sample is essentially the sole hype tool leading into the drop, and the hook throughout the track.
This is a huge track for Party Favor, and one that will no doubt make the circuits in trap sets now that festival season is upon us. Could this be the next “Propaganda”? We’ll have to wait and see.
