You might call Autolaser a “rising artist,” but the fact of the matter is that he amassed over 40 million streams in 2015-2016, and had an even bigger year in the past 12 months. For this newest remix, we’ve already contributed at least a couple dozen plays by ourselves.
Taking on “Count On Me” by Kilter, Autolaser does away with most of the original in favor a more dynamic and engaging bassline, one that we’re going to have stuck in our heads for a long time. As with anything, it’s the little flourishes that really leave a memorable impression, and the extended arpeggios beginning about a minute in are stellar examples of that nice extra finish.
