Calvin Harris Lifts Ban On Ex-Girlfriend Rita Ora’s Music [DETAILS]

Calvin Harris and Rita Ora have made up, and we can once again enjoy the sweet music they’ve made together!

After a nasty breakup in 2014, Harris put a “ban” on his collaboration with Ora. Thus, preventing her from performing her single “I Will Never Let You Down,” which hit #1 on the UK Singles Chart — or releasing any of the material they made together for her album.

Ora was supposed to play the song live at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards, but was forced to back out. Harris responded publicly on Twitter by saying: “You’ll only hear one side of the story re choice awards because I choose not to talk to the papers about every aspect of my personal life. But just know I had a damn good reason.”

Now, the Harris/Ora “ban” has been lifted. A source told The Sun: “Late last year they got in touch and sorted things out. It was such a relief to both of them that they could move on and put things behind them.”

This isn’t the only time Harris has found himself at the center of he-said-she-said-drama. More recently, Harris was accused of not properly crediting ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift for lyrics she’d secretly written for him under a pseudonym, in “This is What You Came For” feat. Rihanna.

Even though the EDM legend and pop sensation (we’re talking about Ora again) are no longer, they still sound like music to our ears!
