The Chainsmokers Reveal “Hard Stuff” To Be Included In Debut Album

With the April 7 release of The Chainsmokers‘ debut album Memories…Do Not Open growing nearer, fans are scrambling to find out anything they can about the new tracks currently under lock and key. Despite having two singles from the album – “Paris” and “Something Just Like This” – to enjoy, even the smallest details about the upcoming songs come as major news to the supporters closest to the edge of their seats.

This week, one such fan tweeted at The Chainsmokers himself, asking the two whether or not the album will include any “hard stuff,” or if they’re saving it for their live shows. The duo quickly responded: “There a couple in there.”

Whether “hard stuff” implies a return to the heavy, dance-oriented vibes of their ancient Tove Lo and Adventure Club remixes or something entirely new, we can’t yet say. But regardless, the idea of some tougher and more explosive releases from The Chainsmokers is sure to excite their ever-growing base of listeners.
