Air & Style Festival happened over the weekend with an impressive list of headlining acts. With appearances by Flume, Zhu, Chromeo, Louis The Child, and more, the festival undoubtedly saw some beautiful performances. One in particular that caught our eye was Major Lazer‘s performance with a special guest appearance from MØ.
“Cold Water” made a huge splash last year, making its way up to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100. With additional support from Justin Bieber fans and Major Lazer’s already sterling reputation from the hit “Lean On,” it wasn’t exactly surprising. For this rendition, however, Major Lazer decided to give a more raw, unplugged version of the song at Air & Style. We get to hear MØ’s powerful voice crystal clear as she sings the hook effortlessly over a noodling guitar to thousands.
