Family Guy has never shied away from any topic, much like South Park (though clearly less crass), so it’s no surprise they finally hit the DJ/EDM market. They’ve made fun of Daft Punk in the past, but this time one is even funnier.
After attempting to create a podcast with the gang – and failing – a club owner hears their wacky sounds and invites them to play at his club. After playing all night, he pulls Peter away and says, “You’ve been playing the exact same song for 14 hours, that means you’re great!” This is an obvious play on the popular stereotype that dance music is super repetitive.
