APEK first caught my eye when his last single, “Traces,” was featured in a boatload of dance music playlists across Spotify. Emotional and delicate, “Traces” served as a great introduction to APEK’s throwback progressive house sound. Now, I’m happy to premiere his latest work, an official remix for Mokita X The Ready Set entitled “Broken Parts.”
Like “Traces,” APEK’s “Broken Parts” remix really stands out with its strong melodies and pleasant chords. APEK works wonders around the vocals to create a wonderful build-up before we’re given the perfectly euphoric progressive house styled drop. I can’t wait to hear what else APEK has in store for us, but judging by the success of his last few tracks you should definitely expect some big things in store!
