New week, new Oliver Heldens! Following the release of his brand new single “I Don’t Wanna Go Home” last Monday, Oliver is back with two new remixes of his previous single “Good Life” with Ida Corr.
“Good Life” saw Oliver head away from his traditional future house sound and into a retro, ’70s disco sound to great success. Better yet, both remixes come courtesy of two of house music’s finest in Florian Picasso and Kryder, who retain the bouncy goodness of the original while adding their own individual flair. If the original is a throwback to the disco era, then Kryder’s is the same for the early days of house; Florian Picasso opted for a more modern take, resulting in an electro house anthem tailored for the mainstage.
Stream them both below now!
Even better, today is actually Oliver Heldens’ birthday! It’s incredible to think that such a pioneer of future house is only 22 years old – but then we think that even Martin Garrix is only 20. Either way, we wish Olli the best in the coming year.
