Last Sentence Of Major Figure In Coliseum Corruption Case Issued

The last of the sentences in the LA Coliseum corruption case has been settled. Last we heard, Pasquale Rotella had reached a settlement for his involvement in the alleged bribery and embezzlement of funds between his company and the L.A. Memorial Coliseum. As we know, Rotella received three years probation and had to fork over a lump sum of $150,000.

Now, former coliseum manager Patrick Lynch has received his sentence from the Superior Court. In the course of the trial, prosecutors were concerned that Lynch served as an integral part of the scheme to divert money from the publicly owned venue to fund his own ventures alongside Todd DeStefano. Lynch pleaded guilty to felony conflict of interest and has already paid $385,000 for restitution and has served 1,500 hours of community service. On top of that, he is also on three years probation. This appears to be the last of the legal proceedings from this case.
