We’re back! Last Friday, plenty of the biggest names in dance music dropped singles which made for a very compelling Week In Music this week here at Your EDM. Slushii, Don Diablo, Diplo, Grey, Seven Lions, and of course The Chainsmokers, were among the many artists who dropped singles and they’ve all been featured this week.
While “Paris” is the poppiest of all their releases, by far, there’s no denying the unbelievable catchiness that The Chainsmokers have managed to conjure up release after release. Expect to see them dominating the pop charts in due time.
“Switch” by Don Diablo is another one of my personal picks of the week. The bouncy house music anthem is one that’s likely to be played out from here all the way till the end of year NYE festivals. Same goes for “I Miss You” by Grey, the tropically infused pop/dance ballad might not be festival material per se, but it’s definitely one of our favorite singles of the week! 
Though not necessarily big names. DROELOE, STéLouse, Cosmo’s Midnight, and Big Wild all turned heads with mesmerizing new bass singles which showed off their emotional sides – particularly the DROELOE and STéLouse releases.
Finally, Pegboard Nerds and Bonobo both dropped a new EP and LP respectively and deservedly find themselves in the heart of our playlist.
