RL Grime‘s New Year’s Eve was spent in Dallas, Texas at the annual Lights All Night festival, where he played a headlining set to a massive crowd of fans. During his set, beside his own original tracks and even a handful of unreleased IDs, RL Grime debuted a brand new live edit of The Weeknd and Daft Punk‘s “Starboy” with Vincent‘s “Alpha.”
The mashup begins with The Weeknd’s over an increasingly harsh build up, eventually topping off into Vincent’s wall-shaking drop. The result is a truly memorable and powerful combination that we hope enters the live sets of more DJs soon.
